These Terms govern your use of Oura MCP at https://oura.dsdoes.com.

1) Service scope

Oura MCP provides read-oriented MCP tools that access your Oura account data after OAuth authorization. Features and availability may change over time.

2) Eligibility and account responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining security of your account and connected clients.
• You must provide accurate information when requested for support/compliance.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your credentials and connected tools.

3) Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use.
• No attempts to disrupt service integrity, bypass security controls, or access unauthorized data.
• No reverse engineering or misuse of service endpoints beyond documented behavior.

4) Third-party services

The service depends on Oura APIs and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or API behavior outside our control.

5) Health and medical disclaimer

Outputs are informational only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult qualified professionals for medical decisions.

6) Intellectual property

Service software, branding, and documentation remain property of the operator or licensors, except where third-party rights apply.

7) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal compliance, or operational necessity. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting the integration.

8) Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, profit loss, or service interruption.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
