What to include in support requests
- Your Oura account email (or masked form).
- Approximate timestamp of the issue.
- Error message/screenshot from your MCP client.
- Whether the issue is OAuth connect, token refresh, or data retrieval.
Data deletion & token revocation
- Disconnect the app in your Oura account settings.
- Email dave@vexti.co with subject:
Oura MCP Deletion Request. - We will revoke stored credentials and delete associated local records.
Response and resolution targets
- Initial response: within 1-2 business days.
- Credential revocation/deletion: typically within 5 business days.
- Security issues: prioritized and triaged same day when possible.
